Terms of Use

1. General Provisions


1.1. The Terms of Use of the Website (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) are an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement for the provision of services (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”).

1.2. The Company reserves the right to make changes to the Terms. In the event of changes, such changes come into force from the moment the updated version of the Terms is posted on the Website.

1.3. You agree to comply with all the above when accessing or using our Services.

2. User Registration Procedure


2.1. Registration of Contractors (Specialists):

2.1.1. There are two types of Specialists available on the Website:

2.1.1.1. Private Specialist — an individual who is not registered as a business entity and does not act as an official representative of a legal entity.

2.1.1.2. Company Specialist — an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity (authorized representative)...

2.1.2. Specialist registration is carried out in several stages:

  • Private Specialist: must indicate name and surname...

2.1.3. The Site Administration has the right to reject a Specialist’s application if...

2.2. Client Registration:

2.2.1. A User may register and create a profile as a Client via the link.

2.2.2. The User must provide name, phone number, and email address...

2.3. A User may be registered both as a Client and as a Specialist...

3. Specialist Profile


3.1. The Specialist's profile contains the following information:

  • 3.1.1. Contact details: phone number and email address.
  • 3.1.2. Main profile information: full name, city, about yourself, documents...
  • 3.1.3. Order Categories...
  • 3.1.4. My Listings...
  • 3.1.5. Order Cities...
  • 3.1.6. Guarantee...

3.2. Specialists can add a portfolio...

3.3. Specialists can specify service or work prices...

4. Profile Rating


4.1. The Profile Rating is calculated based on the number of ratings received from other Users.

4.2. For each completed Order, the Specialist receives ratings from the Client in three categories: 'Work Quality', 'Politeness', and 'Punctuality'. Clients receive one combined rating after closing the Order.

4.3. If a user is registered as both Specialist and Client, their profile will have a unified rating.

4.4. Specialists can improve their profile rating using the Profile Boost service. Terms of use are provided in the User’s profile.

5. Blocking and Deleting User Profiles


5.1. The Site Administration blocks a User profile in the following cases:

  • 5.1.1. Private Specialists offering third-party services or delegating Orders.
  • 5.1.2. Evasion by the Specialist from paying for access to the service.
  • 5.1.3. Posting contact information by the Client in the Order description, Order chat, or profile.
  • 5.1.4. Mentioning third-party contact information on social media.
  • 5.1.5. Creation or participation in Orders involving: faking metrics, legal violations, intimate services, account trading, or rights infringement.
  • 5.1.6. Violation of these Terms.
  • 5.1.7. Inappropriate communication with the support service.
  • 5.1.8. Threat to the Service’s operability or user safety.
  • 5.1.9. Performing Orders under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • 5.1.10. Disclosure of the other party’s contact info without consent.
  • 5.1.11. Suspicious financial transactions on the Platform.

6. Payments on the Platform


6.1. Linking a Bank Card

6.1.1. The User can link a bank card in their profile to pay the Guarantee Fee and top up the balance.

6.1.2. By entering bank card details to perform the actions specified in clause 6.1.1, the User consents to the Company storing their bank card data in the form of a token. The card data is automatically added to the User's profile.

6.2. Service Access Fee

6.2.1. The access fee is determined as a percentage of the Order amount and/or a fixed service fee shown in the User's profile.

6.2.2. The access fee for an individual Order is calculated by multiplying the Order value by the relevant service category rate.

6.2.3. The base rate is 10%. There may be additional fees depending on the country and payment method.

6.3. Withdrawing Funds

6.3.1. Withdrawals are possible after linking a bank card (for Private Specialists) or providing bank details (for Company Specialists).

6.3.3. Funds from Orders in progress cannot be withdrawn until the Order is closed with a final status.

6.4. You agree to pay all service fees, applicable taxes, and other charges during checkout. Currency conversions will be applied if you pay in a currency different from the one set by the Customer.

6.5. When you receive an order confirmation, a contract is formed directly between you and the Customer. This includes the Terms, cancellation policy, and any rules or requirements.

6.5.1. You are responsible for understanding all terms before confirming an order.

6.6. Fees may apply to certain Services. You will be able to review and accept these fees.

6.7. Our fees are quoted in various currencies and may change. We will notify you of changes by posting them on the site.

6.7.1. Fees are non-refundable. If you fail to pay, we may restrict access to Services.

6.8. Taxes will be collected when applicable. You must provide accurate address information.

6.8.1. You are responsible for collecting and remitting taxes for services you sell on the Platform.

6.9–6.11. Additional provisions on Platform usage, legal age, and compliance.

7. Placing an Order on the Platform


7.1. To place an Order, the Client must provide category, title, description, deadline, address, cost, etc.

7.2. Prohibited activities include:

  • Offering goods for sale
  • Advertising third-party services
  • Fake reviews
  • Registration on third-party sites
  • Follower boosts
  • Account trading
  • Orders without payment
  • Illegal activities
  • Spamming
  • Hacking
  • Copying content
  • Unauthorized data collection

7.3–7.11. Terms for direct orders, editing, international exposure, and content licensing.

8. Working with Orders


8.1. Specialists apply by submitting proposals.

8.2. No limit to accepted Orders.

9. Review Publication, Editing, and Deletion


9.1. Reviews must be honest and fair.

9.2. Users cannot edit/delete reviews. Platform does not mediate disputes.

9.3–9.6. Reviews reflect user opinions. Terms remain valid even if one part is invalidated.

10. Liability. Disclaimers and Limitations


10.1. Users indemnify the Platform for third-party claims due to violations.

10.2. Disputes between users are resolved without Platform involvement.

10.3–10.10. Services provided "as-is". No liability for user actions, third-party payment services, content accuracy, access reliability, or indirect damages.
